WHY WE'RE SAFER
1. We work with our shirts not tucked in. We sacrifice this small piece of professionalism in order to maintain the safety of your vehicle. Belts and cell phones will scratch your vehicle.
2. We do not use brushes to wash your vehicle. We use only micro fiber sponges. In rare instances we might use a brush for a high roof van or RV.
3. We don't use ladders. Many people ask why we don't use ladders for SUVs and minivans. The fact is that one slip with a ladder and it scratches the vehicle. We can reach these high areas by using our buckets.
4. We use a new sponge mitt for each vehicle. We wash our sponge mitts nightly in a washing machine and dryer. We do NOT simply rinse them out for the next vehicle. Each vehicle each day gets its own individual sponge mitt so that debris does not build up on the mitt as the day goes on.
5. We use 
grit guards in every bucket. This prevents hard debris from getting from the bottom of the bucket to a new sponge mitt.
6. We use filtered water to wash your vehicle. This decreases the chance of water spots and other minor contamination on your painted surfaces.
7. We wash our buffing pads after each use in a washing machine. Many people "scrape" off the dried polish from a buffing pad and use it over and over again without washing it. This risks some unseen fine particles getting on the buffing pad and scratching your vehicle.
8. We use only micro fiber towels, no cotton or terry towels that can put fine scratches in your vehicle.
9. In most instances, we use a BRAND NEW bar of clay for each vehicle. The manufacturer of this clay claims that you can get 10-15 uses out of each bar. We would rather not risk it. Even though a single bar of clay costs $25, we still use them only once.
10. We use only low pressure water. We never use pressure washers that can damage or even remove paint from a vehicle.
11. We scrutinize each and every chemical we use. We never shop for chemicals based on price. In fact, there are several chemicals we use that have alternatives for 1/20 the price. But we choose not to use them because we feel they do not work as well or may risk damaging your vehicle.
12. We use a separate bucket for the vehicle body and one for the wheels and tires. While this is a common practice, we mark our buckets so the "body bucket" is NEVER used for wheels and tires in its lifetime.
13. We use separate sponges for wheels and tires that are never used on e vehicle's body. They are still micro fiber sponges and they are still washed nightly.
14. We never clean engines with water. We only use chemicals and towels. Water risks damaging your engine. We NEVER EVER use steam. Steam is extremely harmful to your engine and its electrical terminals and should never be used.
15. We never use household chemicals to clean a car. We will drive 100 miles to get the right chemical before we go to the corner store and get a bottle of dish soap to clean your car. Household chemicals are for the house and can strip wax of your car or worse.
16. We rinse and clean out our buckets after each use to ensure that no debris gets on the next sponge mitt or on the next vehicle.
17. Our technicians do not wear jewelry or watches when working on a vehicle. We ask that they put a band-aid over their wedding ring.

6. We do the jobs that the other guys aren't willing to do. Biohazard removal, exploded batteries, chemical fallout removal, concrete overspray, paint overspray, dead animal abatement, flood restoration, insect fumigation, odor removal, scratch removal, paint restoration, mold and mildew removal are all things that we have done.
7. We know ALL the processes to keep your paint safe- and we practice them all. Most car washes and detailers sacrifice at least one safe practice in order to get the job done quicker; we do not!
8. We do not intentionally damage your paint in order to sell you polishing or swirl remover- and we never use fillers. This is a common practice among detailers and we WILL NEVER do it.
9. We give all of our prices up front. There are never any taxes, fees, trip charges or hidden charges.
