ENGINE CLEANING

We can provide a light engine dry wash using cleansers and no water. This is designed for newer cars. Since we do not use water directly on engines, we cannot pressure wash or steam clean very dirty engines. For safety reasons, this is just not a service we provide.

We do not use steam to clean your engine. This is an outdated damaging process. If anyone tells you they are going to use steam on your engine, think twice!

The engine dry wash process takes ½ hour and is $50. It can be added any service.

Why is steam cleaning bad for your engine? First, any water can damage an engine, hot or cold. Steam will melt the glue on electrical tape holding wires together and cause faulty connections. Also, because steam is a gas, it will penetrate and corrode components where water can't reach.
